Booking information

1. Booking details are submitted by Guest.

2. RT&HS go ahead with the booking process and provide the total cost.

3. Advance payment 20% by Guest.

4. RT&HS provide booking confirmation withing 3 days of making the advance payment.

5. Balance payment of 80% should pay 30 days prior to the tour start date by Guest.

6. Guest proceed with the Visa & Air ticketing.

7. All guests should ensure always to have their valid Passport and visa with them.

Cancellation Policy

ALL ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT CANCEL OR EXCHANGE TO ANY OTHER BOOKINGS.
